As a Manager – Professional Services Delivery , you will lead a team of 10–12 consultants responsible for both consulting-led transformation (Day 1) and operational managed services (Day 2). You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Global Delivery teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes and drive technical excellence across enterprise environments. About the Team The Manager - Profesional Services will join the Professional Services team at Nutanix, which is based in Mexico City. This diverse team collaborates closely with our customers and one another to implement and optimize Nutanix solutions. Together, we provide the technical expertise, guidance, and support necessary for our customers to maximize the benefits of Nutanix and other 3rd party technologies, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role is hybrid, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. No travel is expected, allowing you to focus on delivering customer value. You will report to the Manager of Professional Services. Your Role Delivery & Operations: Own end-to-end delivery quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), utilization, resource planning, and project health metrics. Day 1 & Day 2 Leadership: Drive technical governance for complex architecture, design, and cloud migration projects. Oversee operational service delivery, health checks, life cycle management, and proactive risk mitigation. People Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 consultants. Create capability plans to help team members transition from operational delivery into consulting and architecture roles. Customer Success & Escalations: Act as the executive escalation point for complex delivery situations, building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders. Operational Excellence: Promote an automation-first approach using reusable assets, playbooks, and frameworks to scale delivery efficiency. What You Will Bring Experience & Leadership 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Virtualization, Hybrid Cloud, or Cloud-Native Platforms. 3–5 years of people management experience leading customer-facing consulting or technical delivery teams. Proven experience managing delivery operations (utilization, capacity management, project profitability). Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: VMware virtualization or Nutanix Cloud Platform (AOS, AHV, Prism) technologies. Experience with Hybrid Cloud, enterprise storage/networking, Disaster Recovery, and platform migrations. Preferred: Knowledge of Kubernetes /cloud-native platforms and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell). Education & Certifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline (Master’s is a plus). Preferred Certifications: Nutanix, VMware, Kubernetes, Public Cloud, ITIL, or PMP. Work Arrangement Hybrid : This role operates in a hybrid capacity , blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City , Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
