About the role

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) to lead our project management team and drive key transformation and improvement initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will combine people leadership, project portfolio management, and business transformation. You will lead and develop a team of experienced Project and Program Managers while overseeing strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, standardization, AI adoption, innovation, and new ways of working.

Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives and ensure they are delivered with the right governance, resources, quality, and business impact. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, strategy, and execution together and wants to play an important role in how the organization evolves.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Project and Program Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of strategic projects, programs, and transformation initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into clear projects, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Define and monitor project and portfolio KPIs, providing clear reporting and visibility to senior management.
• Manage priorities, resources, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.
• Establish effective project governance and ensure consistent project management standards across the organization.
• Drive operational improvements, standardization, and more effective ways of working.
• Support initiatives involving AI, automation, digital transformation, and technology-driven innovation.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create alignment and remove barriers to execution.
• Identify risks and performance gaps early and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure projects and programs deliver measurable business value and meet quality expectations.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness and maturity of the PMO function.

What you bring

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project or program management, portfolio management, operational excellence, business transformation, or a similar environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing experienced Project or Program Managers.
• A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, priorities, risks, and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, organizational effectiveness, and business optimization.
• Experience driving process improvement, standardization, and organizational change.
• Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-driven innovation initiatives.
• Confidence working with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders across different functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
