ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM The Manager - Procurement Operations, Systems & Processes is responsible for driving procurement operational excellence, digital transformation, process governance, systems effectiveness, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization. The role provides data-driven insights and decision support to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other executives, combining procurement operations, project management, spend analytics, stakeholder management, change management, and executive communication. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Procurement Operations, Systems & Process Excellence Manage and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes including source-tocontract, procure-to-pay, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, approvals, contract compliance, and supplier management. Establish consistent procurement policies, controls, workflows, KPIs, governance standards, and operating procedures. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and digitize procurement processes. Act as an expert in defined work flows in Ivalua, e-sourcing, contract management, supplier management and spend analytics. Maintain strong procurement data governance, master-data accuracy, supplier-data quality, categorization, and reporting integrity. Project & Transformation Management Lead procurement transformation, system implementation, and process-improvement projects from business case through implementation and benefits realization. Define project scope, milestones, resources, governance, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and implementation plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Finance, IT, Project Management, Commercial, Operations, and other business functions. Track project progress, risks, decisions, financial impact, and benefits, providing structured reporting to procurement leadership and executive sponsors. Spend Analysis & Performance Management Analyze procurement spend across suppliers, categories, projects, business units, geographies, and technology portfolios. Identify opportunities for cost optimization, sourcing, supplier consolidation, demand management, and operational improvement. Develop dashboards and management reporting to provide a reliable single source of procurement performance information. Partner with Finance to align procurement savings, committed spend, forecasts, budgets, and actual financial impact. Stakeholder & Change Management Manage stakeholder communication related to procurement systems, policies, process changes, performance, and transformation initiatives. Lead structured change-management activities including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and post-implementation support. Track change KPIs including system adoption, process compliance, training completion, stakeholder satisfaction, data quality, and reduction in manual workarounds. Facilitate resolution of procurement issues affecting cost, schedules, supplier performance, or operational continuity. Corporate Travel Support Provide operational oversight of the corporate travel program, including policy compliance, supplier performance, spend visibility, and process improvement. Act as the first point of escalation for significant travel-related operational and supplier issues. Executive Communication & Reporting Prepare concise, decision-oriented dashboards, management packs, for the CPO, CFO, Communicate procurement performance, spend trends, transformation progress, savings, risks, supplier issues, and business implications. Translate complex procurement, systems, and data topics into clear financial, commercial, operational, and strategic insights. Qualifications ABOUT YOUR SKILS: 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or similar roles Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance or related field. Experience leading procurement transformation or process improvement Strong experience with procurement systems and digital procurement platforms. Advanced analytical and reporting skills Experience developing and implementing procurement policies, processes, governance frameworks, and controls. Proven experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication. Fluent English, both written and verbal. WHAT WE OFFER We're all about diversity.
