Job description
We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Advisory Services team in New York City as a Manager. In this role, you will be working in direct contact with different stakeholders, including corporate clients and private equity firms, providing well-structured advice in the context of acquisition and disposal M&A processes. Job requirements
To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Manager to have:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or similar
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years in Transaction Advisory Services/Financial Due Diligence in a Big 4 environment, or similar professional services firm
Ability to manage teams and projects under the guidance of senior team members
Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to be a great team player
Willingness to work mainly from our Midtown office (4-5 days per week)
Fluency in English is required
Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
