About The Role

As a Manager - Transaction Services, you'll work closely with experienced Directors and Partners, private equity investors, corporate acquirers and privately owned businesses and play a key role in leading financial due diligence and transaction advisory services on acquisitions, investments, divestments and capital transactions.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading financial due diligence engagements from planning through to delivery
• Assessing key transaction drivers, including quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow trends and transaction risks
• Providing strategic insights that support successful deal outcomes
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and managing multiple engagements at once
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Contributing to business development and the growth of the practice

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 5–8 years' experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Deals Advisory or a related field
• Has gained experience within a leading advisory, accounting or professional services firm
• Has strong technical expertise in financial analysis, due diligence and transaction reporting
• Holds a CA, CPA or equivalent qualification
• Can manage competing priorities and deliver quality work under tight timeframes
• Possesses excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• • Has a collaborative leadership style and a genuine passion for developing others
