Tasks Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored for the forex and prop trading space. Execution of Marketing Campaigns: Independently manage and execute campaigns across paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Customer Acquisition: Drive new trader signups through effective marketing funnels, optimizing conversion rates and lowering acquisition costs. Content & Creative Leadership: Develop impactful marketing content for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and website enhancements. Affiliate & Partnership Management: Build and expand strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and forex industry leaders to scale growth. Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data insights, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and customer retention are met. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Market Positioning: Identify key trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities within the forex and prop trading industry.
