This is a senior commercial position with responsibility for ensuring strong commercial and contractual control across projects, working closely with operational teams and key stakeholders to drive effective commercial performance. You’ll lead and coordinate commercial activity, managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors either on a major project or across a portfolio of projects, depending on location and workload.
As Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll provide commercial leadership, guidance and support to the wider Quantity Surveying team and Project Directors and Managers, helping to manage contractual obligations, commercial risk, change control, cost performance and project outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.
It’s an excellent opportunity for an established commercial professional looking to take a leading role within Regional Civils, combining hands-on project involvement with team leadership and wider commercial responsibility across the Central and South East portfolio.
