Role Description

We are seeking a fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker with teaching experience to collaborate on beginner-friendly lessons, learning materials, and interactive, story-based educational content. Responsibilities include explaining Mandarin vocabulary and grammar, developing practical exercises, and helping learners build confidence in everyday conversations.

This is a remote, revenue-sharing partnership for someone interested in developing creative language-learning products with an existing international audience.

Qualifications

* Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.

* Experience teaching Mandarin to beginners, either online or in a classroom.

* Ability to explain grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation clearly.

* Skills in lesson planning and developing engaging learning materials.

* Strong communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.

* Familiarity with video recording or digital content creation is an advantage.

* A degree or certification in Chinese language teaching, education, or a related field is an advantage.

Compensation

This is a revenue-sharing partnership without a guaranteed fixed salary. Earnings will depend on revenue generated by the learning products developed through the collaboration.
