Manila - Company Nurse

Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees Assist in health assessments and medical screenings Maintain employee medical records and health documentation Support workplace safety and wellness programs Monitor employee health concerns and refer cases when necessary Assist in managing work-related injuries and emergencies Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies Promote health education and preventive care initiatives Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in BPO or Shared Service Industry supporting US accounts and process • 3+ years of experience in billing, auditing, or financial analysis. • Strong understanding of billing systems, accounting principles, and audit methodologies. • Proficient in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) • Knowledgeable with IFRS and US GAAP • Willing to work on a fixed night shift
