As a key member, the Manual QA Tester will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to test new features, identify bugs, and help ensure a smooth experience across our platform. You’ll play a key role in validating product changes before they reach customers. This role offers growth opportunities as our QA team expands. This is a 100% Remote position - now & forever What You’ll Do: Execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing Review product requirements and acceptance criteria to identify test needs Perform exploratory testing to catch edge cases and usability issues Report bugs clearly in Jira with detailed reproduction steps and screenshots Collaborate with the development and QA team during sprints Help maintain and organize test documentation and checklists Provide feedback to improve testing workflows and coverage What you’ll Bring: 1–2 years of experience in manual QA testing, preferably on web applications Familiarity with agile development practices (Scrum or Kanban) Strong attention to detail and a methodical testing mindset Experience using Jira or similar issue tracking tools Basic understanding of how browsers, APIs, and client-server applications work Clear written and verbal communication, especially in documenting test results and bugs Bonus Points: Experience testing SaaS or B2B products Familiarity with test case management tools like TestRail or Xray Exposure to browser developer tools and tools like Postman Interest in learning automation tools in the future (e.g., Playwright, Cypress) Experience with NoSQL databases Experience with logging tools like Sentry A desire to do and achieve brilliant things!
