3.Stakeholder Support & Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders by providing mentorship on market data solutions, assessing business requirements, and supporting strategic initiatives with efficient and compliant data services.

4.Financial Management, Compliance & Reporting: Support budgeting and forecasting through market data usage and spend analysis. Produce reporting and dashboards while ensuring compliance with vendor licensing agreements, internal policies, and audit requirements.

5.Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the primary escalation point for market data service issues, coordinating with vendors and global teams to resolve incidents and drive ongoing process, governance, and cost-efficiency improvements.

What You Will Bring

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of market data experience within the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of market data products, including terminals, real-time and reference data, indices, ratings, research platforms, licensing models, and governance practices.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and cost optimization capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, risk, or regulatory environments.

Professional Certifications

  • Preferred: FISD, IMC, or other relevant market data or financial services certifications.
