Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Marketer role based in Abuja, with flexibility for some work from home. The Marketer will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote SIPCore’s unified communication platform, including developing messaging and positioning for target audiences. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing digital content, coordinating social media and email marketing activities, and supporting lead-generation initiatives with the sales team. The Marketer will analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on data and feedback. Collaboration with product and customer success teams to gather insights and translate them into clear, compelling marketing materials will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy for technology or SaaS products.
• Experience in digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, with the ability to segment audiences and tailor messaging.
• Ability to create clear, engaging marketing content, including copy for web pages, emails, social posts, presentations, and basic marketing collateral.
• Competence in using marketing tools and analytics platforms to track performance, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of B2B technology or unified communications markets is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple
