We are hiring: Clinical Content & Evidence Lead

Pharma-Tether Health Media Hub is building a healthcare media and authority platform designed to help qualified healthcare professionals communicate credible health information online and build trusted digital voices.

As we scale, we are looking for a Clinical Content & Evidence Lead to help us build the clinical quality system behind the platform.

This is not a content creator role.

This is not a social media role.

This is not a role where you will be expected to write every health post or approve every piece of content.

Your role is to make sure our health content is grounded in credible evidence, appropriate to the professional's scope, and communicated responsibly.

What you will do

• Develop our clinical content and evidence standards.

• Establish the sources and evidence hierarchy we will use.

• Assess health content for clinical risk.

• Review higher-risk clinical claims and content.

• Identify misinformation, unsupported claims, and potentially harmful messaging.

• Help define what healthcare professionals can appropriately communicate within their professional scope.

• Develop clinical content review and escalation processes.

• Build and maintain an internal evidence and reference library.

• Conduct periodic quality checks on published health content.

• Help train our team and healthcare professionals on responsible health communication.

What we are looking for

You should be a qualified and licensed healthcare professional, preferably a nurse, pharmacist or physician.

You should have:

• Strong understanding of evidence-based healthcare.

• Ability to critically evaluate clinical information and sources.

• Strong research and medical writing skills.

• Good understanding of clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed evidence.

• Ability to identify unsupported or exaggerated health claims.

• Strong attention to clinical accuracy and patient safety.

• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly.

• Good understanding of professional scope and responsible health communication.

You do not need to be a social media expert.

You do not need to be a content creator.

You do need to understand healthcare evidence and be able to help us build a reliable system around it.
