  • Track follower growth, reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead activity generated through social media.

Community Management

  • Engage with Volcora’s partners, resellers, software companies, and industry contacts through LinkedIn, email, webinars, and online communities.

  • Respond to general comments and messages or direct inquiries to the appropriate internal team.

  • Identify opportunities to feature partners, customers, and industry relationships.

  • Coordinate partner spotlights, customer testimonials, interviews, and community announcements.

  • Help maintain regular communication with members of Volcora’s partner program.

  • Monitor discussions and trends within the POS, payments, retail technology, restaurant technology, and channel communities.

  • Help create landing pages and forms for campaigns, product launches, events, and partner programs.

  • Coordinate with designers or developers when more advanced website changes are needed.

  • Monitor basic website performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation.

  • Support basic SEO activities, including keyword research, page titles, descriptions, internal links, and content optimization.
