Primary Function of Position:
As part of the regional Marketing team reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant (fix term role) is responsible for supporting the Italian marketing team with programs, projects, customer events and communications.
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who can manage tasks and information in a structured manner, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize activities, documentation, and priorities, with a primary focus on:
- Creation and approval of Marketing promotional materials
- Management and tracking of the Marketing budget
- Coordination of Italian HQ demo room bookings
- Management of demo room material orders
- Management of operational workflows related to Marketing event recruitment
- Updating SFDC for Marketing event management
- Management of contracts for local events
- Monitor deadlines and track the progress of ongoing activities
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
- Out-of-the-box thinking
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate back-office or operational support role
- Good proficiency of English
- Good proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365 tools and SFDC
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; additional education or training in Marketing would be considered an advantage

Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
