Role Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support AAM Living's marketing leadership team across a broad range of initiatives. This is a hands-on support role that will contribute to lead acquisition, campaign execution, reporting, social media, reputation management, and marketing administration. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who takes ownership, works well across multiple priorities, and can keep projects, data, and deliverables moving in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, and Growth Marketer across ongoing marketing initiatives and projects. Assist with lead acquisition activities, including campaign setup, tracking, follow-up, and performance monitoring. Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating timelines, deliverables, content, and required materials. Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, marketing reports, and performance updates. Track marketing expenses, advertising spend, budgets, and campaign-related costs, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date. Support social media management, including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and responding to comments and messages. Monitor online reviews and reputation across relevant platforms and assist with coordinating timely responses. Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, project timelines, and follow-up lists to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. Coordinate with onsite property teams and internal stakeholders to gather information, content, data, and materials required for campaigns and reports. Assist with marketing analytics and reporting to help the team understand campaign and property performance. Support paid advertising initiatives across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads as needed. Assist with content creation and basic design using tools such as Canva or similar platforms. Help maintain organized marketing files, campaign assets, reports, and documentation. Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, processes, and team efficiency. Use AI and other marketing technologies responsibly to streamline workflows, research, content development, reporting, and administrative tasks. Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support several stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable working with numbers, tracking expenses, monitoring advertising spend, and preparing basic reports. Strong written communication skills with the ability to create reports, presentations, social media copy, and internal communications. Working knowledge of major social media platforms and community management practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and Excel/Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks and deadlines. Ability to learn new marketing, analytics, advertising, and productivity tools quickly. Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and quick turnaround times. Comfortable working U.S. Central Time (CT) hours. Ability to use AI tools effectively to improve productivity and accelerate marketing workflows.
