Job Description As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging with target communities, hosting programmes, creating content, managing online communities, and tracking programme metrics. You will collaborate with other teams to execute event engagement plans that support our business success. For this role, your duties would include the following: Identify and partner with relevant communities, organizations, and influencers to promote our programmes and services. Host and facilitate webinars, workshops, and masterclasses, ensuring engaging and informative sessions. Develop and execute content campaigns across social media platforms, including creating engaging content and recap materials. Manage and grow our online communities, fostering engagement and participation through regular interactions and shared resources. Track programme metrics, providing insights and feedback to inform continuous improvement. Performance Metrics We will evaluate your performance every six months based on these metrics: Onboarding 3-5 new communities into Web Work Developers Community through collaboration driven by jointly planned events. Achieving an average monthly attendance of 50+ participants per virtual event and 15-20 participants per physical event. Maintaining a participant satisfaction rate of 80% or higher, as measured through post-event surveys. Growing the Web Work Developers Community by 20%, measured by the number of new members and engagement metrics (e.g., likes, comments, shares). Achieving a content engagement rate of 25% on social media platforms, measured by likes, comments, shares, and other engagement metrics. We understand that marketing is teamwork so we will evaluate performances as 80% from our team support and 20% from your leadership. In other words, your evaluation on this role will be based on your leadership capabilities. Requirements The following requirements apply for this role: Two years of experience in Marketing, Community Management, or a related role. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Strong diligence and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Zoho Workplace apps (preferred), Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and community management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Ability to work in a challenging environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Qualifications The following are qualifications we consider as "Nice to Have": Experience working in a marketing role for a technology company. Familiarity with Zoho Backstage, Zoho Marketing Plus and other marketing products by Zoho. Certification in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
