What you’ll be doing:

From day one, you'll become part of the team, contributing to live projects and gaining practical experience through meaningful work and real responsibility.

• Developing your video production skills, including filming, editing, and creating engaging content for internal and external use.
• Assisting in the planning, creation, and editing of video content for newsletters, social media channels including LinkedIn, and internal communication platforms.
• Supporting key external PR and marketing campaigns through video storytelling.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce video content that aligns with our messaging and branding.
• Helping other departments with video creation, from conceptualisation to editing and final delivery.
• Writing copy for various channels, including intranet, award entries, and advertising.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Have a passion for video production, including experience in filming, editing, and post-production tools.
• Be able to work independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change.
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation, especially video focused.
• Experience in using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, with a keen interest in learning more about video production.
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates initiative, passion, and an ability to multitask with high attention to detail, particularly within media.
• Professional, friendly personality, well-presented, and able to act as an ambassador for the company.
• On track to complete a degree in a Marketing or Videography based subject or have relevant industry experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to events and other depots.

Recruitment Process:

Applications for our Internship opportunities close on 31st December 2026.

For this role, successful candidates will be invited to attend either an Assessment Centre Assessment activity which may include group exercises, presentations and interviews designed to help us learn more about your strengths, skills and suitability for the role.

This assessment centre will take place in Bournemouth on 25th February 2027.

Our Internship opportunities are due to commence in September 2027, so you'll need to be available to start from this date.
