Marketing Digital Manager

Chattanooga - Home Office - Chattanooga, TN 37416 Manage the company’s websites and online business profiles. Create engaging, high-quality visual and multimedia content. Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Google and other Digital/Social Media advertising. Develop and send out email and SMS campaigns for Ace Rewards and other company lists. Assist Elder’s B2B team with digital marketing and communication support on their CRM platform. Manage the content creation for digital reader boards, digital billboards, etc. Assist the company in expanding their ecommerce business for Elder’s Mercantile, Elder’s Outdoor Sporting Goods, etc. Provide digital and social media support for local and national marketing events, such as Grand Openings; Founder’s Day; Ladies Night; Spring, Fall and Christmas Open House; and Ace National Events. Help with the onboarding of NEW Stores, including setting up business profiles, creating social media accounts, adding to company website as well as creating a digital and social media campaign to create awareness for the new store. Run monthly reports to measure the efficacy of digital and social media advertising as well as KPIs for website, reputation management, etc. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of retail store operations and experience working across multiple departments. Availability must be flexible, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
