Opportunity Overview

We are growing Palm's marketing function and hiring our first dedicated Marketing Executive. Our Marketing Manager currently runs strategy and execution alone, and this role will take over execution across social media, ads, newsletters, blogs, the website and sales materials. It is a hands-on, full-time remote role for a marketer who writes, designs and ships content to a high standard.

Role Description

As Marketing Executive, you will turn every brief from our Marketing Manager into finished content, writing the copy and designing the visuals yourself. You will create posts, short videos, newsletters, blogs, ad creatives and decks for UK, US and European audiences, then schedule and publish them on time. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will run the monthly content calendar, keep several projects moving at once and send a weekly output report with basic performance figures.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Content - Create posts and short videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, copy and design included.
• Newsletters and Blogs - Write, design, build and send newsletters and blogs in the email platform on schedule.
• Sales and Ad Materials - Design presentations, PDFs, sales materials and paid ad creatives to Palm's brand guidelines.
• Content Calendar - Plan the monthly content calendar, then schedule and publish approved content on every channel.
• Client Stories - Write client stories and case studies from client feedback for use across channels.
• Asset Library - Keep an organised library of final files, templates and brand assets, correctly named and sized.
• Weekly Reporting - Send a weekly report on what was delivered, what is late and content performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Marketing Experience - 2 to 4 years as an agency account executive or in-house marketing assistant.
• Copy and Design - Writes and designs in Canva without a designer; portfolio must include design and AI-assisted work.
• Excellent English - Clean, natural copy for UK, US and EU readers, with confident spoken English.
• AI Fluency - Uses Claude, ChatGPT and Higgsfield daily to research, draft and generate images and video.
• Video and Newsletters - Edits short social videos and has run newsletters end to end in Mailchimp or similar.
• Channel Knowledge - Hands-on with LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools; tracks reach, engagement and clicks.
• Planning and Detail - Has run a multi-channel content calendar and applies brand guidelines consistently to every piece.

Bonus Qualifications

• International Experience - Marketing for UK, US or EU accounts, or an international brand based in Egypt.
• Paid Ads Setup - Experience setting up ads in Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven Results - A track record of measurable results, such as follower growth or generated inquiries.
