About the Role We’re looking for a marketing specialist who can design, build, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels that consistently generate qualified leads and drive them into our sales pipeline. You will own the strategy behind our marketing engine—connecting social media, lead magnets, and automation into a system that converts. What You’ll Own Funnel Strategy & Execution Design and build end-to-end marketing funnels (lead magnet → nurture → sales pipeline) Map user journeys from first touchpoint to discovery call or conversion Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths Continuously improve funnel performance (conversion rates, lead quality) Social Media Content Strategy & Direction Plan and lead content strategy aligned with funnel goals Ensure all content drives toward lead capture, engagement, discovery calls Collaborate with team members for the designs and scheduling of posts Turn business offers into high-converting content angles Marketing Automation & Nurture Campaigns Build and manage email nurture sequences in ActiveCampaign Segment audiences and personalize messaging Monitor and optimize open rates, CTR, and conversions What Success Looks Like A steady pipeline of qualified leads Clear funnel from content → lead → nurture → booked call Increased conversion rates across landing pages and email sequences Marketing that directly supports revenue growth Who Will Succeed in This Role Proven experience building lead generation funnels in B2B industry Strong understanding of funnel strategy, conversion optimization, customer journeys Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign (or similar tools) Ability to translate offers into compelling marketing angles Why Join Us Work with a thoughtful, people-first agency Remote work environment What We Offer Base pay plus no - cap commission per month Clear expectations and realistic targets - know your targets on Day 1 Department Marketing Remote status Fully Remote
