WE ARE HIRING : Marketing Generalist Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full-time Company Industry: Virtual Reality (VR) Role Overview We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Generalist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand identity and drive engagement across digital platforms. This role will contribute to content creation, campaign coordination, and brand communication while collaborating with internal teams to bring creative marketing ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of branding, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to contribute to creative concepts and marketing initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with brand goals. Contribute to building and strengthening the company's brand identity across digital and communication platforms. Create, coordinate, and manage engaging marketing content for digital channels. Assist in content writing, copy development, and communication materials with strong written English. Work on design conceptualization and creative direction for marketing campaigns, brand assets, and promotional materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative marketing ideas and initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and brand outputs. Assist with social media planning, campaign coordination, and audience engagement activities. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging creative opportunities to support marketing strategies. Support overall marketing operations while taking initiative in a fast-paced start-up environment. Candidate Profile Prior experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or a related creative role . Experience working with brands, creative campaigns, or start-up environments will be strongly preferred. Strong understanding of brand building and marketing fundamentals . Excellent written English communication skills . Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for visual storytelling and brand presentation . Ability to contribute to design conceptualization and creative planning . Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, or creative strategy . Exposure to social media content planning and campaign coordination .
