Marketing Lead - Remote

Exsead Group is a fast-growing Australian technology consulting company helping organisations modernise IT through SaaS, Cloud, AI, Automation and Managed Services. We partner with leading vendors like Freshworks, Microsoft, ControlUp and DevRev to serve mid-to-enterprise, government, education and not-for-profit clients across Australia.

We service our customers to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions spanning IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations, Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and the supporting business applications that underpin them. Our practice is focused on enabling mid-market and enterprise organisations to accelerate their digital adoption journey through measurable, pragmatic outcomes and disciplined execution that delivers lasting business value.

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Lead to own our marketing function — generating leads, strengthening our brand, promoting our partner eco-system and driving growth.

What you'll do:

• Build and execute marketing plan, strategy and campaigns
• Run vendor / partner focussed marketing, events and webinars - Experience managing vendor marketing programs and MDF is essential.
• Drive demand generation and MQL/SQL pipeline growth
• Create content (case studies, blogs, whitepapers, collateral)
• Manage SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads and social media
• Own email automation, CRM alignment and reporting

Success will be measured by:

• MQLs and SQLs generated
• Pipeline contribution and campaign ROI
• Website traffic and SEO growth
• LinkedIn and email engagement
• Event attendance and conversion
• Brand awareness

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in B2B tech marketing (SaaS, cloud, MSP or enterprise software)
• Strong digital marketing, content and CRM skills
• A hands-on self-starter who thrives in a growing business
