The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with experience project-managing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for a broad range of activity for multiple SaaS clients, including, but not limited to: crafting compelling content, managing social campaigns, communicating with senior stakeholders, running email marketing campaigns and project management in Asana. This role reports into a Marketing Account Director, who you’ll work closely to create bespoke campaigns and strategies. There will be a mixture of hands-on work and collaboration with a team of in-house and external resources. This role offers clear progression into either a Senior Marketing Manager position or a Marketing Account Director role, where you’ll take full ownership of campaign strategy and delivery. What you will do: Run market research and competitor analysis for our clients, digging into their market and competitors’ messaging Help define each client’s ideal customer profile, building a clear picture of who we are targeting and why Work alongside your Marketing Account Director to shape client strategy: you will contribute ideas, own your pieces of the plan and see how senior strategists think up close Craft short and long-form content, including email campaigns, social posts, video, blogs, landing pages and thought-leadership, keeping every piece on-message and on-deadline Write clear creative briefs for landing pages and ads, and work with our Design Team through feedback rounds to get them right Partner with our Development Team to deliver landing pages and get websites built, tested and live Keeping all projects on track and highly organised, you're the one who always knows what's due, what's blocked, and what's next Managing regular internal and client meetings: Help run internal and client meetings by preparing agendas, capturing actions, and making sure follow-ups actually happen Key skills/experience: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing multiple projects and priorities without compromising quality. You are highly organised and dependable, consistently meeting deadlines and helping keep projects and teammates on track. You are a collaborative team player, happy to roll up your sleeves, take ownership, and support colleagues wherever needed. You are proactive and eager to learn, quickly picking up new skills, tools, and ways of working. You are passionate about B2B marketing, with a genuine ambition to build a long-term career and become an expert in your field.
