Job Description

This is a remote position.

For almost 20 years, RichBrains has been engineering long-term B2B technology partnerships across Europe, the UK, Canada, and the USA, with deep expertise in EdTech, Property Management, and Startups. As an official AWS and Salesforce Partner, we back our market presence with rock-solid technical credibility.

The role overview

We are looking for our dedicated in-house Marketing manager. This is a high-autonomy, individual contributor role reporting directly to the C-level.

We don't have ready-made briefs or a marketing department waiting for orders. We need one key person who will own the entire loop: create the growth strategy, pitch ideas to leadership, independently test them, and personally execute what works, shaping where our marketing goes next along the way.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy & positioning — define our target markets, messaging, and value proposition; defend it in front of leadership.
  • Lead generation — build a working pipeline engine that feeds our Sales Manager with qualified opportunities.
  • Content & proof — turn 20 years of client work into case studies, posts, website copy, and decks that actually land.
  • Channels — run LinkedIn, website/SEO, email, and paid campaigns hands-on, end to end.
  • Analytics — track leads, cost per lead, and marketing's real contribution to pipeline; report it clearly.
  • AI-Driven execution — use AI tools daily to operate at the speed and output of a small team, not a solo contributor.
  • Partnerships — support co-marketing with our AWS and Salesforce ecosystems.

What success looks like in 6 months:
  • An approved marketing strategy and a clear plan for the year.
  • Refreshed positioning and company messaging.
  • Working channels with a stable, measurable flow of leads.
  • Transparent reporting: leadership understands how much marketing contributes to the pipeline and where to invest next.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, ideally within IT outsourcing, SaaS, or B2B tech.

  • A builder, not a planner — hands-on experience creating content and running campaigns yourself.

  • Working understanding of how IT services are sold: long cycles, trust, proof, tight alignment with sales.

  • Practical, multi-channel experience: LinkedIn, content/SEO, email, ideally paid ads.

  • Comfort with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, GA4, or similar).

  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) — in day-to-day marketing work, and the ability to show concrete examples of how AI improved your speed or results.

  • Fluent, confident English (С1) — written and spoken, for a native-speaking international audience.

  • High autonomy and ownership mentality: you propose, test, and drive — you don't wait to be told what's next.

Nice to have
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Experience entering new geographic markets.

  • Experience building a CEO’s or founders’ personal brand.

  • Experience with marketing automation and AI-powered workflows ( n8n, Zapier, Make, etc).

  • Language proficiency: European languages (German, Spanish, French, etc).

  • Exposure to EdTech, proptech, or startup audiences.

Benefits

  • End-to-end ownership of marketing at RichBrains — strategy, execution, results.

  • A direct line to the C-level — no layers, no bureaucracy.

  • A clear path to lead and scale the function as it grows.

  • Freedom to experiment with channels, formats, and messaging.

  • Work with international clients across Europe, UK, Canada, and the USA.

  • Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM GMT+3.
