About the team and the role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to keep Optura's marketing engine running: intake and prioritization, marketing operations, campaigns and sales enablement. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to run marketing intake, keep HubSpot and our tools working, run campaigns, manage agency partners, and make sure our marketing programs deliver measurable business impact.
We're hiring for a set of skills more than a fixed job. The core is intake and prioritization, marketing operations and sales enablement, and the work around it will shift as the company grows. The right person is a hands-on generalist who's comfortable with change, makes good calls without every answer, and is glad to pick up what the team needs that week. If you like building while things are moving, you'll fit right in.
Location:
Nashville metro area, hybrid. This role is based in Nashville and is not open to remote candidates.
What you'll do:
Run marketing intake and prioritization, so requests from across the company are scoped, prioritized, routed and delivered
Own HubSpot and marketing operations, including segmentation, workflows, landing pages, lead management, tools and budget tracking, and build AI agents and automations that take manual work off the team
Plan and manage demand generation and integrated campaigns across email, digital, paid, events and social, from brief through results
Own marketing performance reporting, including lead generation, pipeline contribution and paid media results
Own sales enablement, keeping sales materials current and organized, in partnership with product marketing and the Creative Director
Run event marketing for conferences, webinars and customer events, including promotion, lead capture and follow-up
Manage day-to-day work with agency partners, including our paid media agency, against budget and timelines
What we're looking for:
4+ years of B2B marketing experience in marketing operations, project management or demand generation
Experience at a startup or early-stage company, executing campaigns and managing projects in SaaS, healthcare technology or enterprise software
Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, segmentation and reporting
Has owned an intake or project management process for a marketing team or agency
Uses AI tools every day in their own work, including building their own agents or bots to automate repeat tasks
What we would like to see:
Experience marketing AI, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or other complex B2B technology solutions
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with sales enablement materials and account-based marketing initiatives
Experience working directly with senior leaders
Experience marketing conferences, webinars and customer events
Experience managing paid media or a paid media agency
Benefits at Optura:
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support both your personal well-being and professional growth, including:
Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
Generous paid time off and company holidays
Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and career development
Hybrid work from our Nashville office
The opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a rapidly growing AI company transforming healthcare

That starts with recognizing that innovation thrives when diverse perspectives come together. Optura is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, period.
