Odessa is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager to bring marketing strategies to life and supercharge the events function. This role will report to the SVP Marketing and is an opportunity to take a successful marketing foundation to the next level. We’re looking for a moment-maker that’s inspired by creative execution and can help us scale as an asset finance technology company that is driving innovation in some of the hottest areas of banking and finance technology including AI, cloud, and the subscription economy. What you’ll do Partner with the SVP Marketing on mapping out campaign-based execution of key quarterly/annual strategies. Participate in designing Odessa’s individual and 3rd Party event strategy and ensuring alignment with company and marketing goals. Own end-to-end event marketing for sponsored events, including analysis, ideation, execution, and reporting of all things related to event programs. Lead project management of multiple concurrent event programs (virtual and in-person, webinar and strategic) - leading direction, driving ROI measurement, and owning budgets. Partner with the brand team to ensure Odessa’s event presence and experiences bring Odessa’s brand to life and align with business priorities, product roadmaps and event messaging pillars. Measure and communicate the return and impact of all engagements, optimizing for future events accordingly. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each event, both at the messaging and event experience levels. Help drive towards demand generation goals by creating events that will drive leads, and, more importantly, pipeline. We strive to create “wow” moments and your event experiences will be a big part of that. Select and manage related technologies in the martech stack to facilitate events and engagement. Travel to lead onsite execution for select key events. Basic qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing / events roles 2+ years of experience running marketing automation / event platforms (basic understanding of HTML, CSS a huge plus!)
