Our client, the startup program team at a US-based enterprise software company, works with hundreds of early-stage companies: inviting them to events, answering their questions, and keeping their contact data current. Much of that work is manual today. They are looking for one reliable, full-time coordinator to own the operational side across outreach, communications, events, vendors, and budgets.
This is a long-term role. The client is planning for a year-long engagement and wants someone ready to grow with the team.
You would work as an extension of a small, dynamic team, most closely with three of its members, alongside sales, customer success, and strategy and operations colleagues across the US. In their words: "Our team works hard. We work fast. But we also encourage people who can think about using AI to make things more efficient."
You will handle sensitive customer information, so trust matters here. The client is looking for "someone who has really good judgment" and is "eager to learn."
