Marketing Operations Coordinator

I'm hiring: Operations & Marketing Coordinator at Empress Balinese Massage, Dubai.

Empress is an award-winning luxury at-home massage brand, named Best Balinese Massage in Dubai and Best Prenatal Massage in the UAE. Our senior Balinese therapists serve private clients, mums-to-be and new mums, and corporate teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We're growing fast, and I'm looking for a proactive right hand who brings ideas and sees them through.

What you'll do:

• Shape and grow our social media and marketing across Empress and Nurtured by Empress, our prenatal and postnatal line

• Organise and attend events, and build partnerships with communities, clinics, gyms and companies

• Spot opportunities, suggest new ways to grow, and turn them into finished projects

• Support daily operations: booking calls, WhatsApp and team coordination

• Work with AI tools like Claude every day

Who you are:

• Proactive and curious; you'd rather suggest the next step than wait for it

• Fluent spoken English

• Able to travel independently to events around Dubai

• Spa or hospitality experience is a plus, but I welcome fresh perspectives from other industries

The details:

• Full-time, fully remote, with in-person events

• Weekends included, Wednesday off

• AED 7,000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
