Role Description The Marketing Partner Associate is a remote, contract role focused on growing SnazzyPro’s user base and brand visibility through collaborative marketing initiatives. In this role, the individual will identify and develop partnerships with career platforms, communities, influencers, and educational organizations to promote SnazzyPro’s services and features. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating joint campaigns, managing partner communications, organizing co-branded content or events, and tracking performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy. The Marketing Partner Associate will also support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, gather user feedback from partner channels, and collaborate closely with internal teams to refine messaging and offerings.

Qualifications

• Marketing and partnership development skills, including experience in building and managing strategic relationships, planning joint campaigns, and promoting digital products or services.
• Digital marketing capabilities such as social media coordination, email outreach, content promotion, and basic analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to represent SnazzyPro professionally in external interactions.
• Organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with job search platforms, CRMs, or career development tools, and an interest in improving the job search experience for users.
• Comfort with using online collaboration tools and basic productivity software; experience with website or portfolio platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development is preferred, but candidates with relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
