Role Description This part-time remote Physical Therapist role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care within MantraCare’s digital and hybrid care model. On a day-to-day basis, the Physical Therapist will conduct virtual assessments, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and education. The role includes monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. The Physical Therapist will document encounters in digital systems, support home care strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement of protocols aligned with evidence-based practice.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Competence in Medicine and Patient Care, including clinical assessment, safe practice, and outcome-focused treatment planning.
• Experience providing Home Care and remote support, with skills in guiding patients through self-managed exercises and rehabilitation routines.
• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist in relevant jurisdiction(s), in good standing.
• Experience or comfort with telehealth platforms, electronic documentation, and working in technology-enabled care environments.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to engage and motivate patients in diverse settings.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience in MSK care, chronic condition management, or digital health settings is preferred.
