Marketing & Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on social media experience, is organized with digital files and content, and can independently create and manage engaging content. Experience with Meta and social media advertising is strongly preferred, along with familiarity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X(Twitter), and other relevant platforms. We are always looking for enthusiastic, problem-solving personalities. Fluent English and exceptional teamwork skills are required for all of our positions. Qualifications: • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum). • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems. • Previous experience managing social media accounts or creating social media content. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and relevant content. • Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage digital files and content efficiently. • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). • Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media advertising is strongly preferred. • Ability to manage multiple social media platforms while maintaining consistent messaging and branding. • Basic understanding of social media performance and engagement metrics is a plus. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. • Create and organize engaging social media content. • Develop creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and social media initiatives. • Manage digital files and keep social media assets organized and accessible. • Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns. • Assist with Meta advertising and paid social media campaigns when applicable. • Monitor social media activity, engagement, and performance. • Stay organized and consistently maintain social media presence and content schedules. • Work independently to identify opportunities to improve social media content and engagement. • Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
