Marketing Specialist

ProSource connects top Filipino professionals with businesses across Australia. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who can bring both creativity and strategy to the table. This is a versatile role covering the full spectrum of marketing activities, from planning campaigns to executing day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business and client goals. Manage and grow social media presence across different platforms. Create engaging content, including graphics, blogs, newsletters, and social posts. Write clear and effective copy for marketing materials, websites, ads, and campaigns. Support digital marketing efforts such as, email marketing, and paid ads. Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Work with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Keep updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Experience as a Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role. Solid understanding of social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong communication skills with proven copywriting ability. Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) preferred. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects. Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
