Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support CodexCape’s AI and software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, and helping shape data-driven marketing strategies. The role involves coordinating campaigns across digital channels, collaborating with sales and product teams, and creating clear messaging that communicates value to target audiences. The Marketing Specialist also monitors campaign performance, prepares reports on key metrics, and contributes to continuous improvement of marketing processes and customer engagement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, define target segments, and build effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, nurture prospects, and align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Relevant experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries and interest in AI-driven solutions is a plus.
