We are seeking for a Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and client engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement to achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and email. Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials and promotional content. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for adjustments as needed. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to foster community. Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp). Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
