Marketing Strategist - Telehealth Brands (Meta Ads)

Full-time, remote (contractor) · Starting at $2,000 to $3,000/month USD

ScaleClinics is a marketing agency for US telehealth clinics that offer GLP-1 weight loss, hormone therapy and peptides. We run Meta ads for them, build funnels, and handle all of the follow up & speed to lead automations. We need someone to own the strategy for the entire system that gets installed for our clients.

What you'll do

• Build the strategy for each clinic: funnel structure, ad angles, hooks, and what we test next.
• Build and improve the patient funnels in Lovable, from landing page and quiz through to booking or checkout.
• Make the ads yourself (using AI): design statics, edit videos with claude, and use AI tools to produce new concepts every week.
• Write the scripts and briefs for our UGC creators, order the videos, and approve the final cuts.
• Work with two media buyers. They run the accounts. You decide what they test and review the results with them.
• Keep every ad, page and script inside Meta's health policies and US advertising rules.
  

What you need

• At least 2 years running Meta ads strategy in a regulated health category: telehealth, GLP-1, HRT, peptides, supplements or medspa.
• You know how Meta treats prescription drug and health ads, what gets an ad rejected, and how to get a restricted ad account back.
• Fluent English. You'll write copy for US patients, so it has to read like a US writer wrote it.
• You've built funnels that converted. Lovable experience is a plus. If you haven't used it, you should be able to pick it up fast.
• You can edit video (CapCut, Premiere or similar) and design statics (Canva, Figma or similar).
• You use AI tools every day to work faster.
• Work EST hours.
  

We're growing extremely fast and we want whoever we bring on to grow into a head strategist position, managing a team of other strategists & media buyers as we continue to grow. There is a lot of room to grow and elevate yourself within our team.
