Show job description

High Roller Technologies is a publicly traded global gaming and entertainment company operating premium brands, including High Roller and ROLR.
ROLR is our real-money prediction market platform, built to give customers a simple and engaging way to trade on the outcomes of real-world events. As we grow our US business, we’re looking for a Marketing Technology & Attribution Manager to own the technology and attribution infrastructure behind our marketing activity.

About the Role

This role will own our marketing integrations, keep the data between them accurate and automate the handoffs between systems. You’ll run the stack behind our campaigns, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Cellxpert, AppsFlyer, SKAN, Meta, X, Snap and TikTok CAPIs, Customer.io, ad network postbacks and the pipeline into our data warehouse. This is a marketing role with deep technical scope. You’ve run campaigns yourself, so you understand what marketers need from the data, where things can break and how to fix them.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, BI and our Agency & Partnerships Manager to make sure campaigns launch successfully, are measured accurately and improve based on reliable data.

What You’ll Do

Attribution & Tracking

  • Run AppsFlyer, SKAN and Apple conversion value schemas day to day.

  • Own Meta, X, Snap and TikTok CAPIs and other server-side events.

  • Own affiliate attribution within Cellxpert.

  • Manage postbacks and conversion events sent to advertising networks and partners.

  • Set tracking standards and build tracking links, landing-page tracking and GTM/GA4 configurations.

  • Identify attribution and reporting discrepancies, trace root causes and drive fixes with Engineering, BI and external partners.

Data & Automation

  • Own the data flow from AppsFlyer into our data warehouse.

  • Own event feeds into Customer.io.

  • Automate data handoffs between tools and reduce manual reporting.

  • Write event specifications and UAT scenarios with Engineering.

  • Establish data definitions and reporting requirements with BI.

  • Provide accurate and consistent performance data for agency and affiliate reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to improve SQL, specifications, QA and anomaly detection.

Campaign Execution

  • QA campaign setup across channels before launch.

  • Build and test landing pages alongside Brand and Design.

  • Run A/B tests across landing pages and acquisition funnels.

  • Ensure tracking links, landing pages and campaigns meet relevant compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including at least 2 years owning attribution or marketing technology.

  • Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns.

  • Hands-on AppsFlyer or other MMP implementation and operational experience.

  • Working knowledge of SKAN, conversion values, server-side events and postbacks.

  • GTM and GA4 setup experience.

  • Affiliate tracking experience using Cellxpert or a similar platform.

  • Experience with landing pages, A/B testing and campaign QA.

  • Working SQL knowledge, including joins, aggregations and reconciling multiple data sources.

  • Comfortable reading API documentation and writing event schemas alongside engineers.

  • Strong understanding of how marketing data moves from campaigns through attribution platforms and into a data warehouse.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-money mobile products such as prediction markets, trading, fintech, sportsbooks or iGaming is strongly preferred.

  • Customer.io or another lifecycle marketing platform.

  • Experience working within legal or compliance review processes.

Location & Hours

This is a US remote role, ideally working Eastern Time hours.

While the role primarily follows Eastern Time business hours, some flexibility is required around major campaigns, launches and key market moments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive health and welfare benefits

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Home office setup reimbursement

  • Team events and get-togethers

  • Access to Wellbeing mental health support

High Roller Technologies is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
