Marketing VA / Business Development Representative

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Virtual Assistant / Business Development Representative (BDR) to support marketing and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone skilled in outreach, digital marketing, content creation, and business development. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build relationships Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns Create and manage social media content and marketing posts Assist with SEO strategies to improve online visibility Design marketing materials and graphics for digital campaigns Support business development and lead generation initiatives Maintain organized records of outreach and marketing activities Requirements Experience in cold calling, sales outreach, or business development Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation Understanding of SEO best practices Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Marketing Virtual Assistant experience BDR or lead generation background Social media management experience Graphic design and content creation skills Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools Work Schedule 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST Reminders: Attaching your resume is optional but highly recommended to ensure the information in your application form is accurate.
