Marketplace Specialist

Role Description This part-time Marketplace Specialist role at Ontwikkelprogramma Complexe Zorg | OPCZ is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Marketplace Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing listings on digital marketplaces and partner platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and availability. The role includes monitoring marketplace performance, analyzing sales and traffic data, and recommending improvements to increase visibility and conversions. The Marketplace Specialist collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate promotions, maintain compliance with marketplace policies, and resolve operational issues. Typical tasks involve updating content, tracking orders, addressing customer or partner inquiries, and preparing concise performance reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage online marketplace operations, including listing updates, pricing accuracy, and inventory coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales, traffic, and performance data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Comfort working with digital tools and platforms, such as e-commerce systems, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple marketplace tasks efficiently in a part-time schedule.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving listing, compliance, or operational issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Abu Dhabi Emirate with remote work.
• Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital operations is preferred; relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
