Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Description The Quality Assurance Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of campaign deliverables and internal processes. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing influencer content and campaign assets against brand guidelines, checking compliance with agency standards, and documenting any quality issues or deviations. The specialist will collaborate with account managers and creative teams to refine workflows, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining quality documentation, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of quality checklists and best practices for influencer marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to systematically review, test, and validate deliverables.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to help design, implement, and maintain effective quality processes and standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to evaluate compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar structured compliance frameworks, and the ability to adapt these principles to marketing operations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working remotely, with solid time management and self-organization skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in marketing, digital media, or agency environments is an advantage.
• Relevant education in quality management, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
