Mathematics Chart Analysis Expert (AI Model Training) – Remote Contract

Role Overview

As a Mathematics Chart Analysis Expert, you will design, review, and annotate advanced mathematical tasks used to evaluate AI performance. These tasks will involve interpreting and creating function plots, geometric figures, statistical charts, and mathematical diagrams, along with clear, step-by-step solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong theoretical grounding and the ability to communicate complex mathematical reasoning clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality math problem sets based on charts, graphs, and diagrams

• Develop accurate, well-structured reference solutions with clear reasoning

• Review and annotate tasks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

• Apply structured quality checks to maintain high evaluation standards

• Interpret and analyze function plots, geometric figures, and statistical visuals

What We’re Looking For

• One of the following:

  • PhD in Mathematics

  • MS in Mathematics with 3+ years of teaching, research, or applied experience

  • BS in Mathematics with 5+ years of tutoring, coaching, or applied math work

• Working fluency in at least two areas (e.g., analysis, algebra, probability, combinatorics, numerical methods, applied math)

• Strong ability to interpret mathematical visuals and charts

• Excellent technical writing skills with clear, step-by-step explanations

• High attention to detail and structured thinking

Compensation & Terms

• Starting rate: $67/hour

• Opportunities for increased responsibility based on performance and output quality

• Independent contractor engagement

• Fully remote with flexible working hours

• ~20 hours per week (part-time)

• Weekly payments based on services rendered
