Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS) is a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company shaping solutions for the safe and efficient transfer of electrical energy. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, we serve customers across industrial, transportation, and electronics markets worldwide. With approximately 16,000 employees we design and manufacture innovative technologies that support electrification, energy efficiency, and advanced automation. Our global reach is matched by a culture that empowers innovation and long-term growth. Guided by our principles We Care, We Succeed With Our Customers, and We Own the Outcome, we work collaboratively, think boldly, and deliver solutions that move industries forward.

We are seeking an MDM Informatica Developer with 2-5 years of experience to design, develop, test, and support Master Data Management solutions. The role will focus on Informatica MDM configuration and development, SQL- based data processing, data-quality controls, and integrations between Informatica, Data Hub, SAP, BW, and downstream systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with data engineering, application, and business teams to deliver accurate, governed, traceable, and supportable master-data processes.

About the job:

  • Develop, configure, maintain, and test Informatica MDM components supporting master-data creation, enrichment, validation, matching, merging, and distribution.
  • Implement and support end-to-end MDM data flows, including Informatica egress files to Data Hub and Data Hub inputs to Informatica.
  • Develop and maintain mappings, transformations, workflows, batch jobs, and integration processes required for MDM ingestion and outbound distribution.
  • Work with source-system data from enterprise applications; profile and validate incoming data before MDM processing.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects used by MDM processes.
  • Configure and maintain MDM business rules, validation rules, match-and-merge logic, survivorship rules, hierarchies, crosswalks, and reference data as required.
  • Develop, maintain, and test data dictionary elements, including tables, views, schemas, attributes, code sets, and related metadata.
  • Investigate data-quality, integration, workflow, and batch-processing issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.
  • Create unit-test cases, support system and integration testing, validate reconciliation results, and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including source-to-target mappings, solution designs, configuration details, support procedures, deployment notes, and operational runbooks.
  • Participate in peer code and configuration reviews and adhere to established development, security, naming, and documentation standards.
  • Implement and support CI/CD processes for Informatica configurations, database components, and integration artifacts across environments.
  • Manage and version source code, scripts, configuration files, and deployment artifacts using Git.
  • Provide production support, monitor scheduled jobs and interfaces, and coordinate incident resolution with cross-functional teams.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica development, Master Data Management, data integration, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM concepts and components, including data models, mappings, batch processing, match-and-merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and reference data.
  • Strong SQL skills, including development and troubleshooting of stored procedures, views, joins, transformations, reconciliation queries, and performance-aware SQL.
  • Experience implementing and supporting inbound and outbound MDM integrations, including file-based interfaces and data exchange with Data Hub or comparable platforms.
  • Understanding of master-data concepts, data governance, metadata, data quality, golden records, crosswalks, reference data, and data stewardship workflows.
  • Experience analyzing data defects and integration failures across source, staging, MDM, and downstream layers.
  • Working knowledge of Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable CI/CD tooling for automated builds, releases, and environment promotion.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with data profiling, data-quality rules, exception management, reconciliation, and stewardship processes.

About Us

Our humble roots date back to 1927, where, in the back of a garage on Chicago’s northside, our founder, Edward Sundt, developed a small, fast-acting, protective fuse for use in sensitive test meters. Sundt wanted to call his new company producing these small fuses, “Little Fuse,” but wasn’t allowed to trademark two such common words. So, instead he went with the one-word, misspelled “Littelfuse.”

For more than 95 years, Littelfuse has pioneered innovative products that help empower a sustainable, connected, and safer world. With the ever-evolving electrification and electronification of customer applications, our product technologies are closely linked to sustainable applications such as electric vehicles and EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy and energy storage, factory automation, power management and more.

Throughout our history, our people have been the foundation of our success — and that remains true today. Now more than ever, our bright and talented people are a strategic advantage for the company. From the production line to the engineering lab, the office or distribution center, Littelfuse people are an important part of a diverse, talented team of the best and brightest in the industry. While Littelfuse has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, we still maintain a small-company, entrepreneurial approach where your efforts will drive our culture, our business, and the overall success of the organization. No matter where you work or what you do, your contributions will make a difference at Littelfuse — everywhere, every day.

Littelfuse is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, protected veteran status, and/or any other protected class under federal, state, or local law.
