What You'll Be Doing As our Remote Mechanical Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, simulate, and refine mechanical systems for complex engineering challenges. Your designs will influence everything from energy systems to aerospace prototypes. Your day-to-day will include: - Designing and developing mechanical systems and components tailored to client specifications - Creating detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation - Performing thermal, structural, and fluid flow analysis to validate designs - Collaborating with CFD specialists, electrical engineers, and test engineers to ensure system integrity - Integrating feedback from physical testing and simulations into design revisions - Supporting the development of custom test hardware used in fluid and thermal experiments - Ensuring all designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements - Participating in virtual design reviews and cross-team brainstorming sessions - Staying current on new tools, trends, and materials that could optimize system performance Who You Are You're a solution-driven engineer who loves turning theory into functional, reliable systems. You're deeply curious, detail-oriented, and love working in collaborative (but remote!) environments.
