Media Buyer

Position Overview:

• We are looking for an experienced Facebook and Google Ads Media Buyer who can launch, manage, and optimize high-converting campaigns for our U.S. clients.
• You will work alongside our internal marketing and creative team to drive real results, including qualified leads, booked calls, and new members for our clients' businesses.
• This is a long-term, full-time remote role of 40 hours per week.
• You must be available to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, launch, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Write compelling ad copy.
• Coordinate creative needs.
• Analyze ad performance and optimize for better results.
• Conduct audience and keyword research.
• Conduct competitive analysis.
• Report KPIs and performance weekly via spreadsheets.
• Suggest CRO (conversion rate optimization) updates for landing pages.
• Collaborate via Slack, ClickUp, and GoHighLevel CRM.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in Facebook and Google Ads.
• Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Analytics.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working PH night shifts, which correspond to U.S. hours.
• Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
• Experience with CRO, reporting, and ad creative coordination.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with GoHighLevel.
• Experience with Slack.
• Experience with ClickUp.

Tools Used:

• Ads Manager.
• Slack for team communication.
• ClickUp for task management.
• GoHighLevel for CRM and funnel system.
• Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $1500 to $2,000 USD per month based on experience and skill level.
