Facebook Ads Specialist

Company Overview

It is a fast-growing marketing agency based in St. Petersburg, FL that helps high-revenue service businesses grow through strategic advertising, bold creative, and conversion-focused funnels. The company focuses on building systems that turn attention into booked calls, signed cases, and real revenue, working closely with clients to create measurable growth.

Mission

We're looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who loves building end-to-end lead generation systems for attorneys and law firms. In this role you'll own Meta (and optionally Google) campaigns, write compliant legal ad copy, and design funnels in GoHighLevel that move prospects from click to booked consultation. You'll collaborate with creatives, set up tracking and automations, and optimize for real case opportunities—not just form fills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions, and taking ownership of campaign performance — you'll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta (and/or Google) ad campaigns targeted to law-firm audiences.
  • Develop targeting strategies tailored by case type (e.g., Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice).
  • Write high-converting, compliance-minded legal ad copy and test creative hooks.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on ad visuals, messaging, and hooks.
  • Design and optimize conversion-focused funnels and landing pages (GoHighLevel preferred).
  • Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel, including landing pages and intake flows.
  • Set up and maintain GoHighLevel automations: SMS, email sequences, pipelines, tags, triggers, and workflows.
  • Set up and manage tracking, pixels, and conversion events to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Track and improve CPL, CTR, CPC, lead quality, and booked consultation rates.
  • Ensure fast lead response systems are in place and optimize lead follow-up processes for attorneys.
  • Monitor lead quality, qualify leads, and work to improve follow-up and conversion performance.
  • Provide weekly performance reports with insights and prioritized optimizations.
  • Conduct competitor and market research in the legal space to inform creative and targeting.
  • Optimize campaigns for booked consultations and signed clients, not just raw lead volume.
  • Implement call tracking and lead qualification systems where applicable.
  • Manage campaigns independently and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 3+ years
  • CRM Tool: GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Softwares: Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, tracking pixels/analytics, call tracking
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Legal/attorney lead generation (experience with Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice a plus)
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Ability to write persuasive, direct-response legal ad copy
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage campaigns independently
  • Experience with funnel optimization, reporting, and A/B testing
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and client teams

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Access to and ability to manage Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot tracking pixels and conversion events
  • Access to GoHighLevel and permission to configure automations, pipelines, and funnels

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
  • PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
  • Salary Range: 2,500
