Media Buyer / Creative Strategist — Meta Ads + AI Creative for Ecom Brands (Mexico, Remote, Full-Time)

Also known as: Paid Media Specialist, Paid Media Strategist, Performance Marketer, Trafficker Digital, Especialista en Paid Media. If you've held any of those titles and you also make the creative, not just run it, this is you.

ABOUT US

BLOOM10X is a boutique paid-media agency based in the US. We are an English-speaking company and our clients are American ecommerce brands, so every client call, update and report is in English. We run Meta and Google Ads, creative production, tracking, lifecycle email and reporting for ecommerce brands, both DTC and B2B. We work with a small number of clients at a time and keep them for years. We use AI workflows for creative, analysis and reporting. You'd work directly with the founder.

THE ROLE

You own the day-to-day execution of paid media across our client accounts. The founder sets strategy. You execute it, keep the accounts healthy, produce the creative through our AI workflows, and own reporting. This is an execution role for someone who loves the details and hates seeing a campaign run with a broken pixel or a stale creative. Meta comes first in this role; Google is a plus. You buy the media and you make the creative that feeds it.

You get the whole system on day one: our campaign templates, naming conventions, creative workflows and reporting dashboards. AI does the heavy lifting on drafts, variations and data pulls. The judgment calls, the QA and the creative direction are yours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and launch Meta and Google campaigns following our strategy briefs and naming conventions

• Monitor accounts daily: budget pacing, disapprovals, tracking breaks, creative fatigue

• Adjust bids, budgets, audiences and placements based on performance

• Produce ad creative (statics, hooks, scripts, UGC briefs) using our AI workflows and templates

• Pull weekly performance reports, populate the client dashboard and flag wins and problems before anyone asks

• QA every campaign before it goes live

• Join client calls when needed (in English)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS

• Every campaign you launch has passed our pre-launch QA checklist. Zero preventable errors reach a client account.

• Weekly client reports go out on schedule with wins, problems and next steps, before the client asks.

• A steady weekly pipeline of new creatives is moving through our workflows, tagged and tracked so we know what's winning.

• Tracking breaks, disapprovals and budget-pacing issues are caught and flagged the same day.

• You can walk the founder through any account's structure and explain why it looks the way it does.

REQUIREMENTS (all of these, no exceptions)

• 2+ years running Meta Ads for ecommerce brands. Not lead gen, not local services, not B2B SaaS. Google Ads is a plus, not a substitute.

• You have produced ad creative yourself, not just briefed it: written hooks and scripts, built statics, edited short video, or generated with AI. We'll ask for three examples.

• Managed at least $10K/month on a single account, or $50K+/month across accounts

• Can prove it: screenshots or case studies showing budget, ROAS and what you did

• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Canva or similar). We'll test this.

• Strong English, written and spoken. You'll write client updates and join client calls.

• Based in Mexico and available 10am–2pm Mexico City time (8am–12pm Pacific) Monday to Friday. That's the only fixed window; the rest of your day is async.

• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace, with a backup connection

• Bonus: Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok Ads, GA4

WHO YOU ARE

• Proactive. If you see a problem, you fix it or flag it. You don't wait to be told.

• Detail-oriented. You catch mistakes before they go live.

• Low ego. You're here to execute the strategy well, not to redesign it on week one.

• Direct. If something in the plan doesn't make sense, you say so.

• Reliable. You show up, you hit deadlines, you don't disappear.

WHAT WE OFFER

• $1,500–2,500 USD/month base depending on experience, paid in USD via Wise or bank transfer, plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to client retention and account results, and a year-end bonus

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, fully remote

• 12 days paid vacation per year (available after 90 days), 5 paid sick days, and Mexican public holidays off

• $50/month internet stipend

• All tools provided (Meta, Google, Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, AI tools)

• Quarterly performance reviews with a clear path to raises; the first review is at 90 days

• Growth: as we scale, this role becomes Senior Media Buyer managing a small team

• Direct access to the founder. You'll learn how a high-margin AI-enhanced agency actually runs.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply through our form (click Apply, or go to https://forms.clickup.com/9011905541/f/8cjdh05-10311/NXTEUQC89WN6KXM34F). Answer every question in English. The form is one page and takes about 20 minutes. Have these ready:

  1. Your CV or LinkedIn profile
  2. 2–3 case studies or screenshots of campaigns you've managed, with ad spend, ROAS and what you did
  3. Short answers (2–3 sentences each) to three questions about a campaign you've run, the AI tools you use, and why a small agency
  4. A Loom video (2–3 minutes, in English) walking through one of your best-performing ad accounts
  5. Three ads you made or wrote yourself, with one line on what you did and how each performed

Applications without the Loom video or the creative examples will not be reviewed. We review on a rolling basis and reply to strong candidates within 3–5 days. Shortlisted candidates do a 30-minute interview, then a short paid test project.
