WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The Medical Education team at Lilly Canada is an integral, strategic partner within the Medical Affairs organization. Across multiple therapeutic areas, Medical Education interns will support the development and delivery of innovative medical education initiatives across multiple channels and platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and optimize educational content for healthcare professionals, leveraging digital tools, data insights, and emerging technologies to enhance engagement and reach. The intern will gain hands-on experience in medical education, digital content strategy, and omnichannel planning within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. Support the development of medical education content across multiple channels, including digital platforms. Collaborate with Medical Education Managers, and cross-functional partners including Medical Advisors, MSLs, and brand teams to support the planning and execution of omnichannel education strategies for medical education strategies Analyze engagement metrics and channel performance data to generate strategic insights that inform medical education initiatives and business decisions. Build foundational skills in omnichannel strategy, medical communications, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education and qualifications: currently enrolled in a Master of Biotechnology (MBiotech) or related graduate program Scientific or health sciences background with the learning agility to quickly understand complex therapeutic areas Genuine interest in medical education, digital health, and omnichannel communications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific content for varied audiences Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams Comfort working with digital tools and engagement/performance data to inform decision-making Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial approach to work, with strong project management skills to coordinate multiple priorities Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the business ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Number of vacancies: 1 Start and end dates: January 4 th , 2027 to December 23 rd , 2027 Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part-time and remote model for proactive onboarding, after which resuming to a full-time hybrid model January 2027.
