The role involves accurate data entry, reconciliation of payment postings, and collaboration with billing and collections teams. Key Responsibilities: Accurately post insurance and patient payments. Reconcile postings with bank deposits and transaction reports. Resolve discrepancies in payment postings. Collaborate with billing and collections departments to address payment issues. Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end reporting. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in medical payment posting. Proficiency with medical software (e.g., eClinicalWorks, HST is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of medical billing and payment processes.
