TASKS: Verifying Insurance Coverage Billing Responsibilities Tracking Claims Contacting insurance companies to investigate denied claims, submitting revised claims, Initiating appeals, and elevating cases to a supervisor REQUIREMENT:  At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Biller or similar BPO role involving US Healthcare accounts Robust background in medical billing Quick and adaptable learner Exceptional communication skills in English Outstanding written communication skills in English Proficient in multitasking Proactive rather than reactive Driven by goals Providing excellent customer service Full-time availability during the Graveyard Shift (40 hours per week); exact schedule details, including potential weekend shifts, to be confirmed by the client Tech-savviness Self-sufficient and requiring minimal supervision Must maintain an appropriate and productive home office environment BENEFITS: A competitive starting wage of $800 - $900.
