Medical Biller Coordinator

Our Medical Billing Team is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Remote Medical Biller to join our team.

Location: Work from home

Schedule: Central Time (CT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end medical billing and revenue cycle management

• Review, prepare, and submit medical claims to insurance companies, Medicare, and other payers

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage

• Review and correct billing errors, coding discrepancies, and claim rejections

• Manage denied claims, including follow-ups, corrections, resubmissions, and appeals

• Monitor outstanding claims and accounts receivable to ensure timely reimbursement

• Ensure accurate use of ICD-10 codes and medical terminology

• Maintain accurate patient billing records and generate billing reports

• Follow up with insurance companies and payers regarding claim status and payment issues

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Previous experience in US medical billing and revenue cycle management

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 coding and medical terminology

• Hands-on experience with insurance claims, denials management, and appeals

• Familiarity with Medicare and commercial insurance payer requirements

• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and other medical billing software preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Dedicated, quiet workspace
